We have contracted with third parties (including without limitation QuintEvents, LLC), to operate certain aspects of the Website and provide services on our behalf, such as server and database maintenance, sending e-mails, analyzing website statistics and metrics, providing marketing assistance, providing customer and event sales services (including but not limited to responding to inbound inquiries), and operating a micro-site on the Website. We own the information collected via the Website and we may use it for our own purposes, including marketing. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected on the Website; it does not apply to any other information collected or obtained through other means or information collected by the thirty-two individual NFL member clubs (the "Member Clubs"). NFL Enterprises LLC has been awarded TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe's program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. The TRUSTe program covers the privacy practices while on the Website but does not cover our mobile application at this time.
